The City of Oshawa wants to hear your feedback on City snow operations this winter.

Feedback received through this form will be considered in adjusting winter operations. It is important to us that you are able to provide feedback that matters to you, and as a result, feedback received may also be used to adjust the questions on this form to better understand your concerns.

The form asks questions to better understand your concerns with City winter maintenance activities as they relate to the City's service standards. A short summary of the service standards are in each question, but additional information regarding the City's service standards and its priority system are available in this document.

Snow removal crews work around the clock and aim to complete clearing 24 hours after a snowfall ends. We encourage community members to complete a feedback form 48 hours after each winter storm this season.

If your concern is a specific issue that requires prompt attention or action from the City, in addition to filling out the feedback form we encourage you to also share your concern with Service Oshawa by calling 905-436-3311 or emailing service@oshawa.ca.
