  • Recreation Inclusion Support Services Survey 2018

    The Recreation Inclusion Support Services Program (RISP) provides staff assistance to support participation in recreation & culture programs to individuals who have difficulties with physical mobility, visual or hearing impairments, medical conditions or intellectual/behavioral challenges.  The City of Oshawa  is currently reviewing the RISP program and are seeking feedback from our current participants.  


    Personal information contained on this form is collected under the authority of Section 11 of the Municipal Act, 2001 will be used administer this survey. Questions concerning collection of personal information should be directed to the City of Oshawa’s Freedom of Information and Privacy Coordinator at
