    Internal Communications Survey

    We need your feedback to help us understand how you think communications should be improved. 

    Currently, the methods used to distribute internal communications to employees include:

    • iConnect – City Intranet: A variety of information is posted on iConnect for quick access and carousel items are updated regularly to provide information on new initiatives and upcoming events to keep staff aware and up-to-date

    • Email – *Everyone Messages: Emails are sent to all City staff (with email addresses) to advise of important events, initiatives or changes (e.g., organizational matters, policies, etc.)

    • Bulletin Boards: Information that is emailed

    We need your feedback to help us understand how you think communications should be improved.

    • TV Information Monitors: Carousel items posted on iConnect are formatted and posted for viewing on TV monitors located across the City, specifically for employees without regular access to a computer

    • “Tailgate” Speaking Notes (New): Topics and speaking points are provided to supervisors to share with employees at regular meetings.
